A deal on 1st of February this year allowed HitchHiker the travel tech provider to use WEX as a virtual payment platform for ticketing and online booking. It will be utilized for its online travel agency, airline, tour operator and travel management company customer. This new technology is said to work across 24 billing currencies.
Sabre and Carlson Rezidor signs a web deal
From now Carlson Rezidor group of hotels will be using Sabre Hospitality Solutions so as to create a digital platform where they can manage its online performances and sale channels. This new deal will be covered for all its hotel brands which include Radisson Blu, Park Inn and Park Plaza.
Triometric and Netstorming will work together
NetStorming, the Italy-based travel technology provider, has incorporated the use Triometric’s XML Analytics platform to keep a check on its operational performances as well as business intelligence capability. According to the deal, NetStorming will not only handle its web services infrastructure but also of Worldwide Hotel Link – A European Hotel wholesaler.
Concur and Capita strikes a deal
This new partnership is a part of Capita’s Smarter Working Strategy that will bring positive impact for both the companies. All the customers of both Concur and Capita will now be able to use a combined system which includes Capita’s rail and hotel system along with Concur’s mobile and online booking platform.
Duetto gives RM to EasyHotel
Easy Hotel the budget chain hotel is now going to use GameChanger and Scoreboard platforms by Duetto for Revenue Management.
Amadeus wins HIS expense deal
The new deal says that HIS will be now using Amadeus Cytric Travel & Expense platform for its corporate traveller base. This app will help the travelers to handle its travel arrangements and expense reports too.
JFA Systems reserves Ski Famille
Now Ski Famille is going to use JFA’s Rep-Assist platform to get live information from the reservation system. This new platform will manage rooms, any last minute changes by customers and more. The best part is that this technology will also provide up-sell of passes, ski school and equipment on hire.
